Welcome to The Chilworth Arms

The Chilworth Arms has been part of Chilworth history since the early 19th century, but now it has undergone its biggest transformation. The result is a stylish country pub and eating house full of design and care. The Village of Chilworth can now boast a beautifully refurbished pub serving heart warming food, continental beers, fine wines and fresh juices.

Rich with comfort, it features warm log fires in the winter, a large alfresco patio and garden for the finer weather. The dining area is spacious, yet full of chatter and warmth. Food is served fresh from the kitchen by staff who care passionately about your time with us.

There’s a great mix of dishes, from simple gourmet pizzas perfect for an early weekday evening out, to a range of fine aged steaks and fresh fish for that ultimate treat. The menu is full of traditional pub classicsl, many with a slight Italian twist. There are plenty of pastas, salads and lighter dishes for those who don't want to over-indulge.

Our wine list contains a wide range of New and Old World wines that suit all occasions and styles, ranging from traditional Clarets to Pink Pinot Grigio – with many available by the glass. There is also a large range of continental beers such as Birra Moretti, Staropramen, Amstel and Edelweiss to enjoy.

The pub is full of nooks and crannies where you can nestle into a corner and enjoy a cosy evening. Alternatively, you can peacock at the bar and survey the guests as they enter.

The best way to fully appreciate the transformation at The Chilworth Arms is to come and visit. Reservations are taken but not always necessary, so come along when you want to.
